Refund Policy
Does Rustic Ruchulu provide returns and refunds on its products?
Due to the nature of our products, we offer only product exchanges and do not provide returns or refunds.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take clear videos and pictures of the product and contact us at Rusticruchulu within 1 day of receiving your order.
The videos and pictures must clearly show that the product is unopened and that all original packaging is intact.
All exchanges will be processed only after our team receives and inspects the images and videos to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders canceled due to a change of mind after the order has been processed or shipped.
