1) Do you ship Pan India?

Yes! We deliver to every part of India!

2) Do you ship outside India?

Yes! We can deliver abroad, depending on the size of the package and other limitations of international delivery services.

3) How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 days of receiving the order.

Estimated shipping times range from 2 to 13 days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

4) Shipping times may be extended during public holidays and busy seasons. Customs and postal services may also require additional time to process and deliver packages during peak periods or ahead of major festivals (such as Christmas).

5) Once your package leaves our warehouse, Rustic Ruchulu is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, strikes affecting air or ground transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6) IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

Additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties, and related fees—if applicable—are assessed and collected by the customs authority of the destination country. These costs are not included in the payments you make to us. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
